Compared to some places, this place does authentic Chinese food. Prices are not cheap, consider that a fair warning. But for a Sichuan person away from home missing that 麻辣味, it was amazing.
Only dish I wasn't convinced by was the 麻辣lotus root. It was deep fried and the plate was mostly filled with onions and peppers. Not worth the ~£12 for the dish.
I’m a regular customer for the excellent food and extensive menu to choose from, including some truly authentic dishes. There’s usually a queue but worth waiting for. Efficient and friendly staff, although a few times the food takes abnormally long to prepare, usually the staff lets you know in advance
I would come back again just for the food - authentic taste, good price, great portions. However, the service was bad. We waited 45 min for our food (some dishes never came).
I visited this restaurant with my friends. I was surprised. Food was really tasty and portion was big. Prices reasonable, bill for 1 person about £11-12. Later in the evening restaurant was full and a queue was waiting outside. Stuff was friendly and helpful. So far the best Chinese restaurant in London.
No frills restauarant, but serving really good food. Place is always busy and turnaround if quick, don't be offended if they give you the bill after clearing up the tables.
Tried the sweet and sour pork, it was so crispy and full of flavour. Prices are higher than expected but probably because they're based in the city. I would recommend this restaurant for groups as there are a lot of dishes on the menu and would be good to share
